At the discretion of the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wroclaw a workshop titled “Why and how is the customer the center of gravity of a corporate strategy?” took place on the 6th and 7th of June 2019. The meeting  was dedicated to the students of the studies in English (BBA, MME and AIO) headed by Dr. Alicja Sielska and the representative of the foreign company Munich Partners Ibrahim Bani.

The first block entitled Corporate Strategy & Strategic Growth included primarily a theoretical introduction on marketing and innovative strategies as well as customer experience. On the second day students had an opportunity to combine their theoretical knowledge with practice. Then, in groups of 4-5 people, they chose the client target type and formulated the problems they could face in the future. These tasks included brainstorming, joint discussions, graphic design, creating a plan as well as and presenting the effects of the work. Each participant received a certificate of the workshop completion.
